This 2009 vintage marks the 4th bottling of our witty Piola Cabernet Sauvignon. The name Piola has been used in Piedmont and other regions of northern Italy to indicate a place where villagers and visitors could have simple food brightened by abundant local wines served straight out of the barrel tap. The name has been used by Italian immigrants to describe something that is cool, pleasing, fun or looked in a very positive light by its aficionados. We have chosen this name to brand our simple but lively Cabernet Sauvignon which can be enjoyed with every day food
like Pasta, Pizza, and Salads.
